Super Fan Catalog Fundraiser

It's fundraising time again! All students in the Music Department are encouraged to participate. The money raised benefits every student who is in the music program at Concord High School.

The Super Fan catalog features Tervis insulated drinkware with fun designs, stainless steel water bottles and lots of officially licensed sports merchandise. The holiday season is right around the corner. These items will make great gifts!

Please return order forms and payments by October 25th. Students can put them in in the "Monster Box" in the music office. Online ordering is also a convenient option, and is especially useful if you have friends or family members who live out of our area. Please register to sell online and send at least 20 requests for help with the sale through any social media platforms you use.

59 Minute Fundraiser

The 59 Minute Fundraiser will begin promptly at 5:00 pm on Thursday, September 27th. The students were given information about an app for their phone that will be used during the fundraiser to solicit donations from family members and family friends (adults). They have the option to either call or text to ask for the donations. They are selling magazine subscriptions that will be donated to local schools.

Our music department, through CFOM, will receive 40% of the profits. We will be providing dinner (pizza) so the students can stay after the fundraiser and be ready for rehearsal.

This is an opportunity for the students to be active participants in a fundraiser that will directly benefit them. In addition to raising money for the music department, they will also be giving back to the community. They will learn important life skills such as goal setting, team building, decision making, people skills and problem solving.

We sincerely hope that all GRMB students will be able to participate. Every single donation counts. Everyone who participates will feel good knowing that they were part of a team that worked together to achieve an important goal! Please remind your student about this fundraiser and help them fill in their contact list.

This is the first time we’re trying this fundraiser and are doing it on a trial basis with just the marching band. If it is successful, we will do it again in the spring for the rest of the music department.

Car Wash Fundraiser

Have fun while raising money for our music department!

We need lots of help to make this a successful event. We are looking for supplies (borrowed and donated) and volunteers. Check your email for the Sign up Genius.

Please encourage your child to volunteer for this event, too. Students can earn service hours - it's crunch time for completing those hours! We'll have service hour vouchers available at the event. There will be a large sign up poster hanging in the music hallway outside the music office for students to sign up.

Fundraising Night at Red Robin

Join us for an evening of friends, fun, food and fundraising at Red Robin in the Brandywine Town Center! Mark your calendar for Monday, February 19th (Presidents' Day) from 5pm-8pm. Homecoming Game & Senior Recognition Day

At 9:00a, the band room opens, warm up, get dressed. We perform pre-game at 10:00am. Senior Recognition: After pre-game all senior parents/guardians meet at the track in on the right side (audience right of the drum major podium facing the Home stands.) Your student will meet you there. When your name is called step forward for your gift then return to the line. 10:30 game starts 1:00-ish game ends
